Go with reading labels yourself if
You already know the sensitive ingredients and your school's positions well, and you often buy the same products.
Which one for you?
They complement each other. Tayib reads faster and cites its sources; your eye stays the judge, especially when the packaging has changed or the data is incomplete. When in doubt, check the pack or ask the manufacturer.
